Always On SEO — accounts, plans and usage.
Create an account and assign a plan directly — useful for manual sign-ups, comp accounts, or before Stripe is connected.
Make a link for a customer to subscribe to one product under their email. It opens a sign-up page with their email filled in, and works for two weeks. It carries a random code for that email, nothing of your own session.
Copy this key now and send it to the customer — it will not be shown again after you close this.
Enter the client’s domain. You’ll get a key for that site alone — paste it into their WordPress under Always On SEO → Settings.
Counted per calendar month and reset on the 1st. Blank or 0 means this site draws on the account pool with no ceiling of its own.
Spent only after the monthly quota runs out, and never expires.
Changes apply to every account on this plan immediately — no redeploy needed.
The website's pricing card already lists the number of sites, the AI allowance and “Everything in Free” from the fields below. Add anything else here.
Which product this plan is for. A Quotes plan works with Always On Quotes Pro only, and AI for Always On SEO is refused unless the customer adds it.
Switches the add-on on for every site on this plan at no charge. Leave it off on paid SEO plans that sell Quotes as an add-on.
Applied to each new site when it activates on this plan, so an agency does not have to cap every client by hand. 0 means new sites draw on the account pool uncapped. Changing this does not re-cap sites already set up.
Typing a monthly price fills every term below with months × this price. To give longer terms a discount, edit the term totals instead: this then shows the cheapest monthly price. Customers are charged the term totals.
Customers pay the whole term price at checkout and again each time the term ends, until they cancel. Leave a row empty to not sell that length. If every row is empty, 3, 6 and 12 months are sold at the monthly price times the months. A new price applies to new sign-ups; people already subscribed keep the price they signed up at.
A one-time, non-expiring top-up — spent automatically once a customer's monthly plan quota runs out.
Only people on this list can sign in. Give them a password of their own so you can revoke just them later.
Leave blank and they sign in with the shared console password instead — which nobody can be revoked from individually.
